Last 8th of July, at the Grupo eventoplus gala awards, Grupo Pacífico and Daristóteles Ideas & Strategy won the Best Travel Incentive award, in allusion to the trip organised in Jordan for the team sale of the laboratory Chiesi Spain.
This award is a clear example that an incentive trip does not start on the plane … It had its beginning four months before the trip itself, when the 260 participants were gathered in a hotel in Madrid to receive a very uncommon brief.
The mystery is the best way to generate interest, and nobody knew the plot of the film or the roles they interpret their peers. Expectation guaranteed…
