Audited figures confirm EIBTM 2009 as the most visited of hisstory

This confirmation of numbers than even the first data developed by Mandy Torrens, EIBTM Exhibition Director, just weeks after the close of the event.
The visitors were divided between 7563 Hosted Buyers and visitors and the 607 personalities, lecturers, students and press that, in words of the Torrens, “demonstrate the importance of the meetings industry continues to grant EIBTM to develop businesses, increase of knowledge, and meet new contacts. “
This increase has been reflected also in the number of buyers Hosted, with 3827 (+3% compared to 2008) and previous appointments made between buyers and exhibitors, they reached 54,255 (+4%). The largest increase in attendance, however, found that out the training program in which, with nearly 4,000 participants have increased by 15%.
The next edition of EIBTM will take place between 30 November and 2 December 2010, from events for which the organization is working “to improve everything done, taking into account comments from all interested parties
