Degusta is a new catering service in Barcelona which belongs to the hotel, leisure and catering group, HOR S.A.
The gastronomy proposal of Degusta combines tradition and modernity, as well as a wide range of dishes, from Mediterranean to Asian, French and Italian, including theme menus such as vegetarian or light.
The philosophy of the company is based in human capital, the qualities and the experience of the persons that are in the organisation, in its professionalism. Its spirit is to achieve the equilibrium among the gastronomic content, the locations, the follow-ups and the improvement of each aspect and detail and the planning.
The kitchen is managed by the well-known chef, George Pierre and Angel Garcia. Pierre has his worked in various Michelin Guide restaurants among those with Joel Robuchon Jamín in París (3 Michelin stars). During his time in New York and Miami, he was the Chef in restaurants with stars from the New York Times. He was also the Pastry Chef in the Hotel Ritz Diana Restaurant and in charge of the cuisine Gourmet Paradís.
