For the fair, November 30 to December 2 at Fira Barcelona, a security protocol has been drawn up that includes the obligation to wear masks during the event and maintain a social distance of 1.5m as stipulated by regulations Spanish right now. Exhibitors are asked to incorporate this requirement into their booth design that they should organize their demonstrations one by one to avoid groups of people.

Attendees are also advised to print their credentials in advance to avoid crowds at check-in. Other measures taken by the organization include increased ventilation incorporating fresh air from outside, hand sanitizing stations, and high standards of cleanliness before, during and after the event.

“It has been exciting to see the incredible response and appetite from our community to get back to doing business in person. Our main focus this year continues to be the safety of our exhibitors, partners, visitors and employees so that everyone involved has a fantastic and fruitful event experience. We do not take shortcuts and will apply all safety guidelines and regulations with the utmost diligence to ensure that attendees can wholeheartedly and confidently focus on the power of doing business face-to-face and benefit from the practical findings and business relationships acquired in the program, “said David Thompson, RX Events Director.
