Lamar de Eventos joins the green meetings fever

After joining the Green Meeting Industry Council, the agency based in Málaga has launched Lamar Green Meetings, an initiative that offers the option of organising events in a sustainable way. The meetings solutions includes the selection of venues with sustainable certification, the choice of local suppliers (to avoid transport), the use of catering that uses local products, seasonal and organic, and the use of recycled merchandising, among others.
For logistics, the agency not only uses public transportation providers with environmental certification as well as recommends the use of public transport, but also offsets the CO2 emissions compensation through collaboration with environmental projects. Finally, Lamar de Eventos offers to take care of the management of waste, waste classification points and correct processing.
