Final countdown: 18th of September is the final date for entries into these awards whose awards ceremony takes place during the meetings and incentives trade show in Barcelona.

The seven awards recognise the contribution, creativity and dedication of the world´s event creators and planners. The entries will be judged by a distinguished industry panel on imagination, innovation, excellence, execution and evaluation. The seven categories are:

1. Best Special Event
2. Best Conference for less than 250 participants
3. Best Conference for more than 250 participants
4. Best Product Launch
5. Best Incentive Programme
6. Sustainable Initiative of the Year
7. Best Destination Marketing Campaign
