What is ‘NetZero Events’, the international commitment of the MICE industry? What do ChatGPT and artificial intelligence for events mean? Companies still far from defining sustainability targets in MICE
Get ready for some pretty large numbers: The conference and exhibition centre IFEMA, and beyond it the city of Madrid is preparing for an excellent year ahead, especially in terms of congress activity with nine major congresses, eight of which in the medical field.

The non-medical one is the World ATM Congress, which will gather 6,000 attendees to share the latest in air traffic management. Other especially relevant ones will be the 54th international ERA / EDTA Congress (European Renal Association and the European Dialysis and Transplant Association) with 11,000 attendees; the Congress of the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR), which returns to IFEMA for its 20th edition and expects to reach 16,000 professionals; the meeting of the International Dental Association (IDA) with over 5,000 dentists; and the Congress of Medical Oncology organized by ESMO with a planned 20,000 delegates. Sweet moment for the Spanish capital city!
