Digital Orxy has introduced the updated version of PerfectTablePlan. Designed to facilitate the organisation of tables in events, the software was created in 2005, and is used by event planners used in 80 countries.

The new version includes tools that allow, for example, customising the information of each guest -menu selection, VIP status…- , or plan tables so as to group delegates with common characteristics. In Spain, SoftCongres offers an online application that also helps in the distribution tables of events.
