What is ‘NetZero Events’, the international commitment of the MICE industry? What do ChatGPT and artificial intelligence for events mean? Companies still far from defining sustainability targets in MICE
According to the Publicis Meetings USA, interactive technology and sustainability will be key trends for next year. Also the luxury market seems to be back on track!

PMUSA identified six meetings trends for 2011, including:

Customizable mobile applications, which will enable the planner to communicate with attendees before, during and after the event.

– Hybrid meetings, that have both face-to-face and virtual components, be it streaming or online interactive applications.

– Comprehensive green meetings: meetings will become more seriously green, besides just looking for a certified hotel.

– Social media, which will increasingly be a natural complement of meetings

– Corporate Social Responsibility, for instance as part of teambuilding events

– Recovery of the luxury market: resorts and luxury hotels will be back on the agenda, after two dark years
