Portugal joins Spain in the new Iberian Chapter of MPI

The association, which had a very active Spanish chapter but none for Portugal, has just presented the birth of its Iberian Chapter, formed by the 130 MPI Spanish members and the first members that develop their professional activity in Portugal.

The Portuguese members of the chapter will enjoy the same opportunities to acquire and share knowledge, contacts and business as their counterparts in other European countries already integrated in MPI. This change has been made public at the SITE + MPI Global Forum, the first event of the year for professional event organizers, held in Rome from 12 to 14 January. This European conference of MPI was organized for the first time jointly with SITE’s worldwide conference. 

MPI Spain took advantage of this meeting to convene a kick off meeting on the training calendar for 2018, the workhorse of the association. 

SITE, dedicated to the incentive industry, has 2,100 members in 64 countries and 29 local and regional chapters. MPI, a cross-industry association of the meetings industry, has 90 chapters in 19 countries and 17,000 members.
