Prats Fatjó, one of the division of the Husa Group, was responsible in the catering service during the trial of the MotoGP which took place in the Circuit de Catalunya, reaching a record figure of 5,000 services during the buffet.
To lead this project, Prats Fatjó had a team of more than 170 staff and were distributed in areas that exploit in exclusivity in the Circuit de Catalunya. The restaurant Circuit Paddock had 21 waiters, the boxes with 23, the apartment box with more than 60 and the control tower with a total of 8. The team is completed with 50 persons in the central kitchen, with large logistic capacity, and with 9 designated to coordination tasks and the wine cellar.
During the two days of training and races, Prats Fatjó offered a total of 2,500 cafeteria services and a open bar service with 4,750 consumptions.
