Prats Fatjó organises the dinner of the America’s Cup Match for 1,200 guests

Joan Roca, of the Celler de Can Roca in Girona, Xavier Pellicer, of the Abac restaurant of Barcelona, and Romain Fornell, of the Caelis in the Barcelona Hotel Palace, were the chefs who served the celebration dinner of the beginning of the 32nd edition America’s Cup Match.
Prats Fatjó coordinated the attendance of the three chefs as well as of the logistic details of the dinner. Over 1,200 guests were present at the event among which were members of the teams, sponsoring companies and public personalities.
