The jury of the second edition of the Premis CAT Turisme, integrated by Elvira Riera, Sub-General Director of the Politica Linguistica, Josep Maria Navarro, Sub-General Director of Turisme and Jordi Ten, representative of the organising committee of the Saló Internacional de Turisme de Catalunya, has decided to award Eusko Jaurlaritzako Industria, Merkataritza eta Turismo Saila, Department of industrial, trade and tourism of the Basque government for presenting the best graphic material and tourism promotion in Catalan.

The event was presided by the President of SITC, Ramon Bago, the secretary of Politica Linguistica, Miquel Pueyo and the Sub-General Director of Tourism, Josep Maria Navarro.

At the same time, the following exhibitors of SITC 2005 were awarded the ACPETUR-SITC awards for the promotion of their product during the show:
Best International Stand: Mexico
Best National Stand: Costa Blanca- Valencia community
Best Stand from Catalonia: Diputació de Barcelona
