How can agencies and suppliers collaborate better? One solution is to organise a meeting between the agency's working teams and its suppliers. The agency Reed & MacKay (which acquired the Spanish agency Atlanta) has organised the first edition of Atelier, its event for suppliers, in which 30 suppliers met with the agency's national and international teams. As we all know, having a good knowledge of the offer of venues and providers and fostering relationships between clients and suppliers is one of the keys to good event work.

The keys to this event? It was held on 13 January 2025, all day, at the Barceló Sants Hotel ending with a closing dinner for certain partners of the agency. The format was that of a workshop, and between the meetings, the agency organised a series of presentations, for example on its collaboration model with its suppliers or its awards ceremony.

30 suppliers from various sectors such as hotels, transport and audiovisuals attended, from all over Spain, as well as 70 professionals from the agency, both from national and international markets (United Kingdom, France, Sweden and the United States). There were a total of 600 pre-arranged appointments in this absolutely practical format.
