What is ‘NetZero Events’, the international commitment of the MICE industry? What do ChatGPT and artificial intelligence for events mean? Companies still far from defining sustainability targets in MICE
An interesting product for roundtables was created by the Lausanne Polytechnic School: Reflect is a luminous board made of LEDs, embedded in a table, which monitors conversations via microphones and shows a visualisation of the state of the conversation.

It is intended to act as public shared memory that describes recent and past moves in the conversation. Its display is visible by all participants. “We have deliberately chosen not to equip the table with a large and expensive hi-resolution tactile display. Our initial assumption is that highly detailed feedback is likely to be counter-productive for enhancing and enriching conversations”, say the inventors of this new product. Will tomorrow´s debates in events be finally a bit orderly?
