Restaurama 2006, one of the 13 spaces that form the trade fair Alimentaria, excels as a show with great expansion potential. With the double of exhibitors than in the past edition, the fair intends to bring together, once again, all the professionals and companies from F&B, hotels and catering.
The show will have a total surface of 7.000 m2, a 2.500 m2 more than in Alimentaria 2004. The organisation anticipates the direct participation of 300 exhibiting companies (167, in 2004) and the attendance of 150.000 professional visitors.
Like each one of the areas that form Alimentaria 2006, Restaurama intends to consolidate among the most important European trade fairs for the HORECA channel, as well as the entry door to the sectorâ
