The trade show of machinery and equipment for gardening and green areas (SAVER) reminds us that nota ll green areas are positive: pesticides, excessive use of water, and planning of non-local plants are not especially nature-friendly. 

The show, which took place from 9th to 11th October, promoted ecological solutions, for instance with a national contest of sustainable gardens. The best gardens were built in a special area in the fair ground IFEMA.
