Alvaro Solache has incorporated as Partner of Team Towers (company specialising in the application of the techniques of building human towers in teambuilding activities).
Alvaro Solache is a social psychologist and is responsible for Business Development and Expert in H.R., after having been the H.R. Director if GEC, the consulting company of Group UOC. Alvaro also has worked in Infojobs, Foment del Treball, Myrurgia, Manpower, adbraintage and Euromanager, always in positions responsible for H.R.
