714 million euros represents an increase of 18% compared to the 606 million of the previous year, and “it consolidates the growth experienced in the last years,” according to the company.

There are more than 20 projects signed for the period 2008-2010, the majority of them in property, which will involve the entry into destinations such as Lisbon, Budapest, Munich or Berlin, as well as new hotels in the already present destinations such as Mexico, Buenos Aires and New York.

During 2008 in Spain, two small boutique hotels will open in Barcelona, as well as the Congress hotel in Oviedo, designed by Santiago Calatrava. At the end of year, it is forecasted to open the Eurostars Madrid Tower 5* located in Cuatro Torres Business area.
