The Assembly of the Asociación de Empresas de Organización Profesional de Congresos de Madrid y Centro (OPC Madrid) has elected Enrique Conde Blanco, the General Director of the company, Impulsa, as Vice-President. Conde will represent the entity in the Management meeting of the Federación Española de Empresas de Organización Profesional de Congresos (OPC Spain).

Impulsa develops its activity in the organisation of events and corporate communication. It is part of the OPC Madrid, OPC Galicia and the Convention Bureax of Madrid and Santiago de Compostela, cities in which it also has offices. The company also has representatives in Catalonia, Valencia and Andalusia.
