The Valencia Conference Centre has obtained the “Q” for Tourism Quality that is awarded by the ICTE (Institute for Spanish Tourism Quality).
This achievement, added to the double recognition that was obtained during last September for Quality and for respecting the environment, through the certification of ISO 9001 and 14001, gives an exceptional value that makes the Conference Centre the only centre in Spain with the triple recognition in the management of its services and facilities.
Since its opening, the centre has held more than 1,100 events among congresses, conventions, work sessions and some 600,000 persons has used its facilities with at least 15% who are foreigners.
As said by Jose Salinas, General Director of the Centre, “Obtaining the “Q” is a great satisfaction for the professionals that manage the Centre and we are encouraged to continue our objective to attract a highly demanding clientele in an area which is each time, more competitive, as well as to contribute to the quality that is synonymous to Valencia and as a preferred destination for the tourism sector that brings important revenues to our city.”
