What is ‘NetZero Events’, the international commitment of the MICE industry? What do ChatGPT and artificial intelligence for events mean? Companies still far from defining sustainability targets in MICE
Good news for sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility: 5 out of 10 marketing professionals in the UK do not plan to reduce their investment in CSR. This data comes from a survey conducted by SPSS, a company of IBM, for which 300 experts were consulted. The study highlights that 48% of respondents believe that their activity in the field of CSR has remained the same or even risen since the crisis began, and they have no plans to reduce theirlevel of investment in this field.

These positive results contrast with the non-implementation of Social Return on Investment (SROI)-quantitative measurement of how effectively an organisation uses its capital and resources to generate value for society. The survey indicates that only 51% of professionals who participated in the survey are not aware of the term, which can be negative in the long term.
