What is ‘NetZero Events’, the international commitment of the MICE industry? What do ChatGPT and artificial intelligence for events mean? Companies still far from defining sustainability targets in MICE
Por Eric Mottard You know we are in the era of video, and any organizer worth his salt integrates a video strategy into his event. But so far there were three solutions: to stream the event completely (with the challenge of continuous live production); to produce a video well done, with time, and put it online after the event; or to upload live videos without much order or branding, leaving this to the participants' will. A new option arrives that aims to help viralize live mini-videos that anyone can take, adding the branding of the organizer and helping posting it online: Gingalab.

The Gingalab company has developed the Ginger platform with which the company can upload all its videos. How does your event work with this tool? Your team or even your attendees can take photos and videos during the event and upload them to this platform, raw, unedited. The platform has easy, fast editing tools that create a video in minutes integrating branding elements of your event. And it uploads the videos directly to social networks and provides viralization statistics for videos.

The idea is to offer a simple, turnkey solution, which perhaps does not produce the sophisticated videos that you would have with a “real” production but that allows to spread in mini-video networks created worldwide in your event and packaged as small capsules. A trend in recent years is that a simple video at a technical level can reach many people, and is an ever-more accepted format. The tool thus creates a library of videos and photos in the cloud, with the possibility of working collaboratively in the cloud… but also includes a whole catalog of images and resource videos, to complement the recordings during the event.

Finally, icing on the cake, this tool allows you to identify all the videos where such person appears (indicated to the system with a photo) or even where any word is pronounced (the name of such person, company, etc.) since the system automatically creates and translate subtitles… A tool to be able to create personalized videos later (you know that we viralize more or watch more videos where we appear).

Gingalab has also developed a chatbot that allows the user to reply with personalized videos, made live with motion design, instead of responding with texts and links as most chatbots still do (by the way, get ready: your event tomorrow will have to include a chatbot to give the assistant information about all the doubts he has).
