Grup Cacheiro opened last January a new brasserie Trobador next to the Paseo de Gracia in Barcelona, which adds to the other three restaurants with the same name that the F&B group has in the city.
The new space, with 350 sqm, has been decorated by Estrella Sallietti and is inspired in the theatre, with murals of the artist Diego Méndez and theatre style furniture, and also serves Mediterranean specialties. For business lunches and dinners, the restaurant has capacity for groups of up to 10 people.
The new brasserie, part of the expansion plan of Grup Cacheiro, is the forth Trobador in Barcelona, and the tenth restaurant of the Catalan group, also owner of Telirium, El Gran Café, La Pulpería and La Tramoia.
