After the third edition´s positive feedback, Convene reinforces its position in the calendar of B2B events and its fourth edition, from 10 to 16 February 2016 in the center Litexpo Congress Vilnius, will feature yet more international presence.

Organised by the Vilnius Convention Bureau in association with Kennedy Integrated Solutions, the event showcases the countries of the Baltic Sea Region. 165 hosted buyers from all over Europe are expected to attend this edition, with an estimated 3,750 pre-scheduled appointments to be conducted. Buyers will meet some 80 exhibitors from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Finland, Denmark, Sweden and Russia.

65% of last year´s exhibitors declared receiving direct business requests during the event. And 99% of hosted buyers rated exhibitors efficient and knowledgeable; while 87% of trade visitors rated the show as meeting their business expectations.

IAPCO (International Association of Professional Congress Organisers) and UNICEO (United Networks of International Corporate Events Organisers) are joining ICCA (International Congress and Convention Association) and ACTE (Association of Corporate Travel Executives) in supporting the event with Meeting Planner.pl and Grupo eventoplus joining 10 existing trade media titles in partnering with Convene. In addition nine international speakers are confirmed for the two day professional education program.

On the other hand, Air Baltic, Turkish Airlines and Lufthansa have signed association agreements provide preferential conditions for invited travel buyers.
