This is the idea behind the creation of MICE CATERING, which announces its specialization from the same name. No weddings or meals in the office: this new company is a catering for professional events, meetings, in a word-acronym, MICE. In fact, the company claims to be the only one with such an absolute focus on this market.
This new catering is likely to make noise, being led by two prominent people in the sector: Juan Albarracín, who has more than 20 years of experience in catering, being the last general director of the Paradis Group in Madrid. Another founder is Fran Rovés whose experience includes management positions in different catering groups (Paradis Group, Mararia Group, etc.), technology companies (bodaclick, eventoclick and bodamarket) and projects like misamplas.com.
The company is based in Madrid but operates nationwide and works in more than 100 venues in Madrid. And it has already begun to operate, for large event agencies and corporate clients.
