What is ‘NetZero Events’, the international commitment of the MICE industry? What do ChatGPT and artificial intelligence for events mean? Companies still far from defining sustainability targets in MICE
If you receive the who's who of the European meetings & events industry, you have to do things right... So, very proud to host MPI’s EMEC (European Meetings & Events Conference), MPI Spain has launched a presentation and promotion of the conference in Granada, where the next edition of the event will be held in March.

This annual conference, held in Europe since 2006, provides some 500 participants from across Europe, with a full training program of industry trends and opportunities to share experiences in various networking formats. The approximate ratio of attendees is 34% planners to 66% suppliers.

This is a great showcase for Granada and an opportunity for MICE professionals to know more about Spain and share time in an international atmosphere. The last city to host this event was Copenhagen (yes, yes, eventoplus was there… and we recommend it).

In addition to presenting this event, MPI Spain held a training session in Granada: “New urban tribes and their behavior: how they influence our events.” Urban tribes introduce new ways of communicating, new aesthetic models and new event formats, as we see in music festivals, increasingly technological, or in food markets conceived as new entertainment venues… Journalist and writer Lola Delgado invited participants to leave their comfort zone and move into uncharted territory to understand those tribes.

Europe will gather in Granada from 5th to 7th March 2017.
