The Ephymera consulting Sustainability has just released a new study that analyses the sustainability of the events industry in Spain and draws future scenarios of the implementation of this essential concept in our industry.
“Sustainable Events in Spain: present and future”, is a document that summarizes the specifics of the various operators of tbe Spanish events sector when it comes to implementing sustainability strategies in events.
This consulting firm specialised in sustainability in events, launched in 2013 a comprehensive study of the Spanish market in order to identify trends in sustainability. They examined the trends in meetings & events industry in recent years, both inside and outside of Spain, and studied some success stories of sustainable events, and carried out a survey to a universe of 1,000 professionals in Spain, from which they extracted the findings given in the study, which can be downloaded here.
