At Sustain Awards we design and manufacture trophies, award plaques and custom awards for corporate and institutional events.

Collection line — personalized trophies

We work with predefined models where materials, processes and finishes are fully controlled. We use FSC-certified beech wood (Europe), high-density post-consumer recycled plastics and steel with recycled content, processed through CNC machining, laser cutting and finished with water-based non-toxic coatings.

Customization is carried out through engraving or full-color UV printing, ensuring precision in logos, texts and brand-aligned graphic elements.

These custom trophies and award plaques include an ecolabel detailing material composition and environmental impact calculated under ISO 14040 standards.

Lead times:

• 48h for urgent orders (up to 100 units within the EU).
• 1 week with final design provided.
• 2 weeks if design development is required.

Each unit is delivered with an individual trophy case made of recycled cardboard, plastic-free, optimized for transport and handling.

Bespoke line — custom development

We design and manufacture unique pieces tailored to concept, form and materials defined for each project. The process includes design, material selection, industrialization, production and assembly.

A wide range of materials can be integrated depending on formal or symbolic requirements. In these projects, it is not always possible to guarantee the exclusive use of recycled materials or the availability of an ecolabel due to technical, cost and timing constraints.

Lead times:

• Minimum 3–4 weeks.
• Recommended 6–8 weeks for complex projects or specific material development.
