IFEMA Madrid Horse Week is the most important equestrian event in Spain and has become a great stage for generating business opportunities and building professional relationships through a unique experience. For this reason, the organisers entrusted the UZALACAÍN Catering team to guarantee the success of the event in terms of its gastronomic side. Thus, those attending the exclusive VIP Boxes and Tables, from where the whole spectacle of this sport can be enjoyed, tasted a gastronomic proposal from UZALACAÍN Catering, custom-designed for the occasion.
Our gastronomic concept brings together references of legendary dishes from the legendary Zalacaín restaurant, pioneer in reaching three Michelin stars in Spain and a benchmark of Spanish haute cuisine, together with other references devised ad hoc by chef Íñigo Urrechu and his team, specially conceived to satisfy the most demanding customers.
