Espacio COAM has different areas: Event room- multifunctional space with audiovisual equipment. Exhibition rooms- Open and versatile spaces for large events and any type of activities.

COAM space, is located in the heart of Madrid. In the C/Hortaleza 63, on the old site that hosted until 1995 the Pious Schools of San Antón.
CoAM Space is a living space of citizen coexistence and very proactive with culture, art, society and Architecture that is our “soul” and what welcomes and enhances everything else.
The more than 12,000 m2 distributed over 4 floors and the central garden that makes it an urban oasis, provide versatility and infinite possibilities to our space, rental of rooms and auditorium space. The facilities and its configuration allow the celebration of all kinds of corporate, institutional, cultural, sports and social events.
We also host in our access plant the exhibitions supported by the Architecture Foundation and that bring citizens closer to COAM.
