ESPACIO JORGE JUAN

Located in the Salamanca district, opposite the Casa Moneda and a few metres from the Movistar Arena, Espacio Jorge Juan is an old carpentry with more than 5 decades of history, transformed into a more than 1,800m² industrial building for unique events, distributed in 5 areas:

NAVE 1: It has 430m² totally diaphanous, 8 metres maximum height, brick walls, iron beams and skylights with natural light throughout the room.

SALA GARAJE: An extra space of 100m², inside Nave 1, for car access, which is usually rented as a complementary room.

NAVE 2: or cocktail area, is an open-plan space of 300m² with white brick walls, 6 metre ceilings, industrial iron beams, which you can light and personalise to your taste for your events.

SALA VIP: Located on the first floor, of 100m², it has a fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen, with high ceilings of 4 metres in height respecting its industrial style.

SALA DEL ARTE: Next to the Sala VIP, this room has 270m², white walls and exposed brick, 4 metres high, natural light and its own bathrooms.

CALLEJÓN: Outdoor space of 400m² with direct access to Nave 1, Sala Garaje and Nave 2. It can be used as a garden, vehicle exhibition, parking or loading and unloading area.
