The Ramón Pla Armengol Foundation is a private institution dedicated to the aid of medical research, the spread of Christianity and the study of the most important collection of antique furniture in Europe. It has the Mas Ravetllat-Pla dedicated as a pharmaceutical laboratory, belonging to the prominent doctor and pioneering pharmacist Ramón Pla Armengol, who assigned the building to the production of drugs to combat tuberculosis, a business with which it generated great success. In this space we can find more than 800 pieces of furniture from the 14th to 19th centuries, unique pieces that were collected by its latest owner, Núria Pla.
In this unique space in Barcelona we will find the perfect communion between a wide space to carry out different types of events together with the natural environment in which this old town is located, in addition to having privileged views of the modernist enclosure of the hospital of Sant Pau and of an important part of barcelona.
