THE SPACE

Azotea Grupo has paid special attention to each and every one of the details that make up the Justa Rufina project. This is the case of its interior design, carried out by the DAAR Arquitectos studio. In the restaurant, the furniture is sober and elegant, with small, casual touches that harmonise perfectly with the space and among which several walls covered with a latticework that reminds us of the importance of ceramics in Seville, an art of which Justa and Rufina are patrons. The exposed kitchen, the three-sided fireplace, the predominant use of wood and the large windows help to create a beautiful and warm space for the shared enjoyment of gastronomy. For the rooftop terrace, a palette of light colours has been used, with a Mediterranean feel that undoubtedly invites relaxation and enjoyment with one of the best views of Seville’s capital, with anthological sunsets. Among other significant details, it is worth mentioning that the entire Justa Rufina team wears uniforms designed by the renowned Galician designer based in Seville, Roberto Diz, who has devised a particularly original proposal, like a djellaba, and in perfect harmony with the overall concept of Justa Rufina.
